Active Listings – 1

Pending Sales – 2

Sold Properties – 5

Average Sold Price = $136,900

Sold homes in Adacroft Commons are averaging $ 94-95 per square

foot. Sales have been up this summer in Adacroft but average sales

price is down from 2011. Even though Forest Hills has declining inventory,

it doesn’t seem to be forcing prices up yet.

Forest Hills Michigan Neighborhood Real Estate Report Caravelle Village 2012

Caravelle Village Market Snapshot: May 1 2012 to August 31, 2012

Active For Sale Homes = 2 $164,900 median price

Pending Home Sales = 3

Sold Homes = 4

Average Sold Price = $149,725

Homes are selling in Caravelle Village this year, the middle price range

of values is a big draw. Sold prices are down compared to first quarter

statistics, this might be the condition of the homes that sold, but it is

not an anomaly for our whole region. As inventory decreases, home sales

have increased but we are still seeing a flat to decrease in sold prices.
