Close to Forest Hills Central Middle & High Schools, this neighborhood is

quite stable and doesn’t see a lot of turnover. The three sales this summer

reflect the mid to lower end of the price spectrum in this development.

Activity is heating up in Ada Woods, with 10 sold properties for 2012.

Sold prices ranged from $ 250,000 to $ 344,000 for the last 4 months, down

from the average sale of $ 354,900 in the first quarter. This is a trend we

are seeing across the board in the Grand Rapids area, inventory is shrinking,

but prices are flat to decreasing in almost all markets.
