Home inventory is zero in this busy Spring market,

as is the story elsewhere in the Greater Grand Rapids area.

Low home inventory is a real problem for homeowners

considering selling their current home.  Will they be able

to find another home to buy and move into when their home

sells.  Can possession be delayed?  Can we move in with

friends or relatives until we find our new home?  It does

complicate the whole selling and moving transition.

Bridgehampton is a 80+/- neighborhood of newer homes

just north of Fulton Street and backing up to the I-96 Expressway.

Most are two story homes with 3+ bedrooms, 3 garages, and

back up to wooded areas.

Clements Mill homes continue to see fast turnover

activity, with 5 sold homes for 2017 market to date.  The one

sold and closed property is new construction in the condo

homes area.  All pending home sales are in the single family

homes area.

Home inventory is non-existent with demand still high

for this Forest Hills neighborhood real estate market.

Spring weather should bring further demand from buyers

for homes in this popular Forest Hills neighborhood.

  Low to High Sold Prices  =$295,000 – $380,000

Clements Mill homes continue to see fast turnover

activity, with 6 sold homes at the end of the 2016 year.

Prices seem to be holding fairly steady, even with limited

Winter inventory.

New condo construction is available but in limited supply

as the neighborhood has been built out.  The Spring market

will bring increased activity, both from buyers and other

sellers.  So now is a great time to put your home up for sale.

Clements Mill homes continue to see fast turnover

activity, with 9 sold homes for the late summer, early fall market.

Prices are edging up, about 5%, especially for larger, updated homes.

Buyers continue to desire move in condition, so be aware that

worn surfaces and tired decor will not sell your home for

top dollar.

Home inventory is very low with demand still high

for this Forest Hills neighborhood real estate market.

Fall usually brings a slower market, but we aren’t seeing

that take effect yet.
