The townships that grew the most in the last 10 years are:

Ada, Caledonia, Courtland, Algoma, Byron, Gaines and Lowell.

These areas have seen a twenty per cent growth in the last 10 years

while Kent County as a whole has seen a six per cent population growth.

 

In our opinion, these population growth spurts usually follow jobs

and life-style choices.  All of the above areas are near Grand Rapids but

offer a suburban life-style and proximity to large employers and good school

  • Emergency medical technicians

These buyers are offered a discount of 50% from the list price of a HUD home.

The buyer must remain in the home for 36 months and be your sole residence.
