Ada Woods has seen no sales on the MLS during the first
part of this year. With only 2 homes for sale, inventory is
low. Without recent sales, we can’t report how prices have
been affected much less predict for the future.
Perhaps the summer market will heat up and Ada Woods
can reap the benefit of an improved real estate market.
