Active Listings = 205 From $ 62,900 to $ 2,749,000

Pending Home Sales = 116

Sold Homes = 120

Average Sold price – $297,138

Forest Hills home prices are on the rise, inventory of homes

is at an all time low, just when buyers are most anxious to purchase and

make a move to their new home. This is not isolated to the Forest Hills
