Pending Sales – 1

Sold Properties – 1        Sold Price – $ 610,000

Catamount properties are seeing competition from

new construction in their area.  The Spring market will

put more demand on listings in Forest Hills School District.

Even though Catamount is in the bottom of the upper brackets of

home pricing, it should see increased activity.

Sold Properties – 7      Avg. Sold Price – $ 489,214

West Village had quite a few sales in the last half of 2013,

many were new construction. The average Forest Hills sale

is in a little lower price range, but this sub-division of newer

homes is in a very popular location, close to shopping, schools,

and minutes to downtown.
