MARKET SYNOPSIS: Not much new activity for Caravelle Village this month.

The average listed price is coming down, but the average expired price has

risen. ( Note:Most sellers don’t realize the CRUCIAL difference the correct listed

price makes in selling your home. If you are priced over the market, your

home will have a reduced chance of selling at your asking price. Your home

will not be considered a viable commodity until the price is at the average

selling price per square foot for your area.  That is the market place today.)

This is a popular area for home buyers, but your home must be in top notch

condition and priced to sell in todays market.

234 Cascade Township homes have sold in 2008

The 2008 average Cascade Township home price is $306,712
